We provide:

All courses, training dates, trainers, and services are subject to availability.

3. Booking & Payment

Course Bookings

Training places are secured once payment or an agreed deposit has been received.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Public course fees are payable at the time of booking
• Bespoke or on-site training requires a 25% deposit to secure dates
• Remaining balances are due within 14 days of course completion

All prices are subject to UK VAT where applicable.

4. Course Access & Student Responsibilities

To achieve the best training outcomes, students are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Complete labs, assessments, and assignments
• Maintain professional conduct
• Use training systems responsibly
• Ensure their hardware, internet connection, and software meet course requirements

Systems Master training is designed to build genuine technical knowledge, ability, and confidence. Results depend on student effort, participation, and commitment.

5. Course Changes & Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Update course content
• Change trainers when necessary
• Reschedule training dates
• Improve or replace training materials
• Modify services to remain accurate, current, and compliant

Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.

If Systems Master must cancel a course, customers will be offered:

• An alternative date
• Course credit
• Or a refund where appropriate

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Customer Cancellations

Course cancellations must be made in writing.

Public Courses

• More than 14 days before start date: transfer or refund may be available
• Less than 14 days before start date: fees may become non-refundable

Bespoke & On-Site Training

Deposits are non-refundable once dates, trainers, or resources have been allocated.

Course transfers may be offered at our discretion.

7. Training Materials & Intellectual Property

All training content, systems, documents, presentations, labs, videos, assessments, branding, and course materials remain the intellectual property of Systems Master Ltd or its licensors, including CompTIA.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute course materials
• Share login details
• Record training without permission
• Resell or reproduce content
• Use materials commercially without written consent

Training resources are licensed for personal or internal business use only.

8. CompTIA & Third-Party Services

Certain services include official CompTIA learning systems, labs, assessments, and exam vouchers.

Use of these services may also require acceptance of:

• CompTIA licence agreements
• End User Licence Agreements (EULA)
• Acceptable Use Policies
• Third-party platform terms

Students are responsible for complying with those requirements.

9. Exam Vouchers & Certification

Where included, exam vouchers are subject to:

• CompTIA policies
• Expiry dates
• Regional restrictions
• Exam provider rules

Systems Master cannot guarantee exam success. Certification outcomes depend on the student’s preparation, attendance, effort, and exam performance.

10. Professional Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and productive learning environment.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any participant engaging in:

• Abusive behaviour
• Harassment or discrimination
• Disruptive conduct
• Illegal activity
• Misuse of systems or services

No refund will be provided where removal results from misconduct.

11. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to provide accurate, current, and professional training services. However, Systems Master Ltd will not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits or opportunity
• Technical issues outside our control
• Delays caused by third-party providers

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.
